My best guess is that Khloe used marble slabs to design her kitchen countertops.
Alternative options that look very similar using natural stone are Super White Quartzite and Super White Granite.
You could also consider man-made materials that are more cost effective like Corian Carrarra Lino or Super white porcelain.

A more affordable alternative would be a birch wood cabinet, thanks to its subtle grain and light color that will match white oak flooring.
Inset or full overlay, wood, slim shaker cabinets stained to the color of your choice should be readily available through most major kitchen cabinet manufacturers.

Khloe Kardashian kitchen cabinets are finished off at the top with just a simple fascia. No fussy and or ornate crown molding was added.
Proving once again less can be more.
